NGNA Mission Advancement Fund
The Mission Advancement Fund was created by the NGNA Board of Directors to provide resources for projects and activities that advance the NGNA Purpose, to improve nursing care given to older adults.

NGNA Fellows Fund
To be an active Fellow, NGNA Fellows are required to donate at least ¾ of the value of their NGNA annual dues to the Fellows Fund. The fund provides resources for student scholarships such as the Student Leadership Scholarship and mentoring activities.

NGNA Research Fund
NGNA periodically provides grants for research projects in gerontological nursing. Currently NGNA is partnering with Sigma Theta Tau International on a joint geriatric nursing grant. Revenue collected in the Research Fund is awarded to grant recipients.
