Through the chartering of Chapters, NGNA provides the opportunity for members to network and provide educational events at the local level. The NGNA National Office and the Chapter Committee provide assistance to Chapters and forming Chapters. NGNA Chapter Award

The Chapter Award honors the chapter that best promotes the goals of NGNA through their member relationships, community activities and promotion of community health issues. All chapters are encouraged to submit an application for this award. Please contact the NGNA National Office with any questions regarding your application. Annual Reports

Chapters are required to complete and submit a Chapter Annual Report each year. The Annual Report collects updated information about the chapter, and provides the board with information about individual chapter meetings, accomplishments and future plans. Submission of the Annual Report is required for chapters to be considered active by NGNA and to maintain tax exemption status.   The annual report is due February 15, 2012. Once you have submitted the report, you will need to send payment of the annual chapter fee of $50 and a current chapter membership list to NGNA National Office, 3493 Lansdowne Drive, Suite 2, Lexington, KY 40517.
