Advancing NGNA Committee Leadership: Tools for Achieving Outcomes

This continuing nursing education activity was approved by the Georgia Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

Activity Objectives:

  1. Discuss the various role components of committee chairs/co-chairs
  2. Identify resources available to facilitate the successful implementation of committee charges
  3. Describe the process of planning committee activities, setting timelines, evaluating progress, communicating with their board liaison.
