Stephanie Czuhajewski, CAE: President & CEO
Stephanie founded Agentis Management, Inc., in January 2011 to help associations accomplish their missions. Stephanie oversees business operations for Agentis and is responsible for service delivery and customer satisfaction. She carries more than 15 years of management experience in both the public and private sector, with an emphasis in non-profit marketing, fundraising and public relations. Stephanie earned the Certified Association Executive credential in 2010--the CAE is the highest professional credential that one can attain in the association management profession. She currently serves as a member of the AMC Section Council of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE). Stephanie holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Sullivan University.
Courtney Devine: Project Manager
Courtney brings nearly ten years of convention management experience to the Agentis team. Her background consists of continuing education meeting planning, event marketing, travel consulting, and customer service roles. She has served as the lead logistics contact for the advertising and coordination of various types of educational meetings, ranging from dinner roundtables to large symposia. She particularly enjoys the marketing aspect of each event she has managed, and looks forward to the opportunity to communicate on behalf of her clients in the most effective manner possible. At Agentis, she oversees various aspects of meeting and convention management, and holds member service and education responsibilities. Courtney is a graduate of Centre College, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.
Brian Doty, CMP: Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer
Brian is the co-owner of Agentis Management, Inc. and brings nearly a decade of national association management experience as an association director and manager. Additionally, he is a certified meeting professional and a 17-year veteran of the meetings industry. Brian oversees Agentis’ finance, human resources, administrative, convention and education departments. He is a past president of the Kentucky Bluegrass Chapter of Meeting Professionals International and served the association at the international level on the International Chapter Leadership Committee. In 2004 and 2008, Brian was the recipient of the Kentucky Bluegrass Chapter Meeting Planner of the Year Award. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Eastern Kentucky University.
Doris Freund, CPA: Accountant
Doris has more than 20 years of accounting experience and holds CPA licenses in multiple states. Her strengths include a high level of organization and strong analytical skills, which along with her attention to detail, result in great accuracy. Doris has worked in several different industries and has gained knowledge of multiple accounting programs. She is a former editor of National Association of Accountants and public relations secretary of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. She graduated with honors from Southwestern Community college with an associate degree in Secretarial Science/Data Processing. Doris also graduated with honors from Western Carolina University with a bachelor degree in Accounting and is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society.
Jack J. Gallt, CAE: Vice President of Client Services
Jack oversees business administration, finance, human resources and member services for Agentis and brings more than 20 years of management experience in the non-profit and government sectors with an emphasis on board management and governance, budgeting and financial management, strategic planning and project management. Prior to joining Agentis, Jack served as executive director for a national association of state government administrators for eight years and was responsible for day-to-day operations and supervision of the client team at AMR Management Services. Jack is a graduate of the University of Kentucky where he received a bachelor's degree in communications. He also completed coursework toward a master’s degree in communications at UK. He is a member of the American Society of Association Executives and received his Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential in 2013.
Kim Goff: Education and Committee Manager
Kim has six years of association management experience meeting the needs of multiple trade and professional associations, including experience in the management of conferences with 10 – 1000 attendees. Currently working toward her CAE, she is well versed in event logistics, communication, and continuing education requirements. Kim holds a Masters in Teaching from Morehead State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Louisville.
Cody Jones: Project Coordinator
Cody has over five years of customer service experience, and also has professional experience in marketing, social media and broadcast media. Before joining the Agentis team on a full-time basis, Cody interned with the company during his final semester of college and worked on a wide variety of projects from convention promotions to research assignments. Cody is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University, holding a degree in Public Relations with a minor in General Business.
Chris Walls, MLS: Director of Creative Services
Chris executes the creative and technological tasks to serve clients’ print and multimedia needs. His print design experience includes the development of marketing campaigns for client events, academic journals, research reports, newsletters and textbooks. In addition to an extensive background in print design, Chris delivers the leadership and technical skills needed for structured web and multi-media production from concept through design and implementation. He utilizes the most current programming environments and is fully versed in PHP, HTML, CSS, ColdFusion and the use of content management systems. Chris graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Masters of Library Science and also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.
